How do young people learn to become who God wants them to be in the midst of an ever-changing culture and world? Here at East Park, we believe that our Senior High students possess the potential to change the world around them through the lives of faith that they live. 1 Timothy 4:12 paints a vivid picture of the impact a young person can have on their world: “…set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.” It is our goal in our Senior High ministries to produce young people that will live out the words of Paul and be examples of Christ to this world.

Ladies’ Morning Out – March 6th at 9:30am. Mug, Muffin & Material, Mayhem! Are you tired of the material mayhem in your closet? Are your clothes in good condition (no rips, holes or stains)? Please bring items and swap them for something new to you. Items to Bring: all sizes of women’s clothing (including maternity), shoes, purses/bags, belts, jackets, scarves, hats, jewelry. (Please no undergarments, sleepwear or socks.)
Sign-up in the church lobby beginning February 20th. Bring your items to the church Saturday, February 27th through Friday, March 5th at 1pm. On March 6th, bring a friend, your favorite mug and have a muffin while you peruse the material mayhem. Don't have clothes to donate? Come shop anyway! Clothes remaining at the end of the swap will be donated to Share House. |
